The West Side Ward 4 is a healthy drug-free community where families and youth want to live, grow and thrive.

The PAAC West Side Ward 4 Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition brings together youth, parents, business and community leaders, law enforcement, government, and others interested in making the West Side Ward 4 a better place and improving the lives of our youth.

What We Do

As a policy-driven coalition, the PAAC West Side Ward 4 Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition aims to:

  • Reduce access and availability of marijuana and prescription drugs among youth.
  • Increase awareness of the harmful effects of marijuana use and prescription drug abuse among youth.
  • Prevent and reduce marijuana use and prescription drug abuse among youth.

We Need You!

The PAAC West Side Ward 4 Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition seeks to bring together individuals who want to reduce and prevent youth substance abuse. Anyone can join. Our coalition is activiely recruiting membership from the following sectors:
